The LEED rating focuses on sustainable material used, water efficiency and design performance of sustainable buildings.
This standard is a key step in building environmentally friendly structures and securing a more sustainable future. Since 1998, over 7,000 new construction projects in the United States and 30 foreign countries have been certified by LEED. We use the latest cutting edge technology that makes these projects possible.
Madden Glass is a proud participant and supporter of LEED-certified buildings. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, which measures design, construction, operation and maintenance of “green” buildings and homes around the world.
Within LEED v.4, there are four levels of certification:
Certified: 40-49 points
Silver: 50-59 points
Gold: 60-79 points
